Single Session

Do you need to consult with a professional about a specific situation but do not necessarily need ongoing therapy? Single Sessions are meant to help you gain understanding and direction with the help of an outside perspective. Single Sessions might be appropriate for time-sensitive situations where you need professional advice and perspective, support in making difficult decisions, navigating a conflict, preparing for a difficult conversation or need psychoeducation about a mental health-related topic.

Coaching

Do you want to address harmful patterns and toxic beliefs but feel overwhelmed or stuck? Coaching sessions motivate individuals who want to learn about unlearning harmful habits learned through individual and collective societal experiences, relearn how to relate to themselves and others, and create change without frustration.

Coaching will help you realise goals, restore balance and form deep connections to yourself and your community. In this space, we work within a specific period.
